Quick answers
Can I reserve a home now?
Not yet. Homes will be sold through our listing broker once they're released. Check the build updates box above and you'll hear first.
Can I tour the community?
Not yet. The Vancouver site is still in design and county review. When the model home opens near the entrance, we'll share how to set up a visit.
Is Aurora assisted living?
No. You buy your cottage and own the deed. Aurora isn't a licensed care facility, but you can hire your own caregiver, and the clubhouse has private offices where they can meet you.
