About Alliance Aurora

A New Beginning for Independent Living

At Alliance Aurora, we believe growing older shouldn't mean giving up independence, privacy, or the freedom to live life on your own terms.

Our vision is to create welcoming home communities where active adults can own their homes, build equity, enjoy meaningful connections, and age in place.

Designed for Today. Ready for Tomorrow.

Our homes are thoughtfully designed with flexibility and aging in place in mind, including an innovative Vertical ADU concept that could allow family members or caregivers to live nearby while maintaining privacy and independence as life changes.

Founded by Mark Vuong, with 20+ years of experience in construction and development, Alliance Aurora is planning its first community in Vancouver, Washington.

Alliance Aurora — A New Dawn. A New Beginning.

Vertical ADU features are subject to final design and local approvals.
